We are a non-profit organization committed to bringing a smile to the children around Central America and the World. This is one of the best things in life. Seeing a smile and knowing that we helped put it there. Our amazing team and part-time volunteers are dedicated to ensure to make it happen. We take our convictions and turn them into action. 

Every year, our team travels overseas to make sure we bring a smile to a child that needs a reason to smile. The Bible says "it is more blessed to give, than to receive" Acts 20:35 and this we are committed to do, GIVE!

In Early 2017, a small group from IGLESIA CRISTIANA MARANATHA, a non-profit organization in Oakland California heard a true story about this small village in Guatemala. In that village, there were children that never tried a piece of cake.

God touched our hearts in such a way with this story and we decided to do something about it. We decided that we would raise some funds and buy toys and cake and bless as many kids as we could. In 2017 we brought a smile to about 600 children. 

We were so blessed to see so many children. We decided to keep working toward this cause and we have been expanding to different countries thanks to the GRACE OF JESUS and everything that is donated, that's the reason of our name... CAKE A SMILE- We bring a smile to a child with a slice of cake.

Our mission starts in the bible, with Jesus telling his disciples in Mark 16:15 "And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" 

By saying this to them, he wanted them to GIVE! Give Hope, Give Life, Give Happiness. Reaching out for those in need and those less fortunate around the world. We want to do the same, going to all parts of the world and preaching the gospel to the future of tomorrow, the children.  Our mission has started in Central America but every year we are expanding and moving forward to other countries. We have visited Guatemala & El Salvador. We will soon visit Nicaragua and the rest of Central America. And God-wiling we will visit other countries around the world.
